Demonstrated leadership in spearheading multicultural teams within complex, high-risk environments, including challenging operational, weather, and safety conditions, while consistently delivering efficient and effective outcomes.

Currently providing independent marine consultancy, audit, and inspection services across the North American and Caribbean regions to both regional and international clients. Engagements include leading energy and shipping organizations such as Suncor, Shell, Lukoil, Equinor, Chevron, BP Shipping, ENOC, and RightShip Pty Ltd.

Extensive expertise in supporting clients with the development and implementation of Marine Terminal Management Systems in accordance with the OCIMF Marine Terminal Management and Self-Assessment (MTMSA) framework. Highly experienced in conducting comprehensive Marine Terminal Assessments focused on the ship-to-shore interface, including tank farms, storage facilities, and cargo loading systems. Assessments also encompass internal berth interfaces affecting operational integrity, jetty and berth structural suitability, and management systems governing jetty and berth operations, with particular emphasis on emergency preparedness and response. These assessments are conducted to benchmark current performance against MTMSA standards and to identify opportunities for operational and safety improvements.

Recent terminal operator engagements include NuStar Terminal, Point Tupper, Nova Scotia, Canada, and the Ampol–Kinder Morgan Terminal, Carteret, USA.
